Stainless steel colloid mill has the advantages of compact design, utility model, beautiful appearance, good sealing, stable performance, convenient operation, simple decoration, durability, wide application range, high production efficiency, and is the most ideal processing equipment for processing fine materials.

However, many users do not understand the installation of stainless steel colloid mill. Here's a brief introduction:
1. Install the power starter (If the user has conditions, please attach the ammeter, indicator, or inverter, etc.) After connecting the power supply, pay special attention to the starting direction and determine whether the motor rotates in the normal direction or from the feeding pipe. See if the direction is the same as that of the red warning sign on the colloid mill. Absolutely no idling (cavity shortage) and reversal.
2. At the factory, the adjusted limit screws have been installed on the discharge port of the device, and the gap of the disc is at the finest pitch for machining.
3. After the cooling water is turned on, a liquid material of about 1 to 2 Kg or other liquid related to the processing material is injected, and the wet material is maintained in a reflux state through the circulation pipe. Only then can the colloidal mill be started. After the normal operation, the material is fed into the colloid mill immediately for processing and production, while the idling colloid mill can be exempted from this.
4. Before shutting down, add appropriate amount of liquid or other liquids related to processing materials into the chamber or into the cavity, and keep the wet material in circulation through the circulation pipe. When starting the machine, it is necessary to maintain a certain amount of wet material in the hopper and return it to the material immediately. Otherwise, it will damage the hard combination seal and even cause a leak to burn the motor.
5. After use, it should be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned inside the body, so that no material remains in the body, so as to avoid damage to the machine due to hard mechanical bonding.
