The colloid mill working principle:
Colloid mill is the relative movement of stator and rotor through different geometric shapes at high speed, so that the material is under the effect of its own weight, pressure and centrifugal force. Through the ring-shaped variable gap between the two, it is subjected to a powerful shear force, impact force, friction force, high-frequency vibration force and other compound forces, so that the material is scattered, broken, mixed, homogeneous, emulsified and achieved ideal state.
