Working principle of our spice power making machine:
By using the relatively high speed operation between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc, the pulverized material is impacted, rubbed, and the materials collide with each other to obtain pulverization. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber and exit the material outlet. After the material is crushed, the material is collected into a bag and collected. The crushed material is collected in the bag, and the air is discharged from the fine hole of the bag and no fine powder is discharged. This results in no waste and no pollution. The thickness can be adjusted by changing the mesh of different meshes.
 
Installation and use precautions about our spice power making machine:
1.The spice powder making machine should be installed on flat ground and kept horizontal.
2.Before starting the machine, check whether the connecting parts are normal, whether there is metal debris falling into the crushing room, and whether the rotating parts are flexible. Attention should be paid to the trial operation of the rotating parts and the requirements are met. If the card is dead or abnormal, it shall be promptly disposed and the rear shall be excluded. Start the machine. After smooth operation, feed again.
3.Feeding particle size control 10mm to human, moisture content is less than 12%. If the material is coarse, it should be roughly crushed.
4.In order to prevent the ironware from entering the machine, the material should be inspected strictly. It is better to dispose the iron removal device at the inlet and check whether the moisture content of the material is within the specified range.
5.When wiring the motor, the rotor should be wired strictly in the direction of the rotor.
6.In order to ensure the normal load of the machine, the electrical apparatus of the machine is equipped with an ammeter. During the crushing process, the charging should be controlled by the value of the ammeter to make the feeding continuous and uniform. The current meter value is limited to not exceeding the rated current of the motor to prevent overload from occurring.
7.The crushed material is discharged from the lower chamber of the housing and can be collected or connected directly to the material collection device using a cloth bag.
8.After each crushing is completed, the main power must be cut off. After the machine stops rotating completely, the door can be opened to check if all the tight hardware is loose or abnormally worn. At the same time, clean up the machine and the material bonded to the screen.
